Most frequent asked questions and answers

We ship to most of EU countries, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea.  Please contact us if you don’t find your country in the shipping list but would like to place an order. 

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout depending on the shipping area, the size and weight of the package. The shipping price range differs from 80 SEK to 500 SEK per order. We offer free domestic shipping in SWEDEN for  orders over 1000 SEK. 

All the orders shipped from Sweden via Scandinavian post with registered tracking number. 

The usual shipping time to Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, USA is between 6-12 working days,

EU is between 5-8 working days,
Sweden 1-3 working days.

Please note the shipping time can take longer during holiday seasons and/or custom clearance.
Unfortunately we don’t have any control on the customs in your country and how quickly the parcel is released.

We strive to offer transparent pricing based on your location. Here’s how it works:

  1. EU Countries: Prices listed on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax), which is applied to purchases within the European Union. This means that if you’re shopping from an EU country, the prices you see are the final price you’ll pay, including all applicable taxes.

  2. Non-EU Countries: If you’re shopping from outside the EU, prices are displayed without VAT. This means that the price you see at checkout will be VAT-free. However, please note that your local customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the final price at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have a special request for a custom order, please feel free to reach out. The time we need to prepare your custom order varies between 4-7 working days.

Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges for the custom orders, personalised orders and sales orders. 

For the standard orders the processing time is between 2-4 working days. 

All the orders that have arrived to the destination country but are not received  by the customer for some reason, are usually returned back to us in 30 days.

Please, be aware that In case you do not accept or do not pick up your order in time,  part of the order price will be held to cover the return shipping fee.

In case there is any delivery issues or delays,  please get in contact with us and we will resolve the issue together.

Please, make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If the item is not received due to wrong address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping cost.

Please, keep track of your delivery day to know when it is being delivered. Package theft is not covered by the shipping insurance and we cannot replace it at our expense.

Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges for all standard orders. Please note, we do not accept returns and exchanges for custom orders, sales orders and  personalised orders (these are orders where you can choose the size and the colour for the pillows and, the colour and the metal clasp for the keychains)  

Contact us within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

Ship the product back to us within 14 days from the moment we approve your request,  and provide a valid tracking number. As soon as we receive your return the money will be refunded within 3-5 working days.

Please note, the cost of the return shipping and the shipping of exchange is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to product defects.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Before placing your order, please, check with your country customs  all the possible import taxes and local fees that you may be charged.
